Returns & Refunds Policy

At Coral Essentials UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• If opened proof (photos) that product is defective
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products (unless proven to be defective as in eligibility above)
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at coralessentialsuk@sustainablereefs.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
